We work with a small team of partners who we trust for their expertise and experience in the fields of strategic leadership, systems thinking, coaching and marketing. They enrich our thinking and enable us to deliver more for our clients.
In the area of Systems Thinking, shining a light into the dark spaces of complex organisational issues, I recommend Paul Kelly. Paul is an expert systems thinker with a passion for activism - in the sense that he is highly proficient at delivering successful cross-functional change programmes.
In the field of Strategy & Strategic Leadership, I recommend Ian Barratt. Ian has many years of experience in a variety of sectors working with CEOs and boards including membership bodies and public sector organisations. He also brings to bear his personal experience of being a CEO and the pressures that go with the role.
